Bryan D. An Ohio state trooper imprisoned for making advances toward women he pulled over for traffic stops used Craigslist to try to lure women while on the job, according to records recently released by the Ohio State Highway Patrol. Lee pleaded guilty last October to four counts of violating the civil rights of women and one felony count of cyberstalking for using Facebook to contact one woman he met during a traffic stop. In April, a federal judge sentenced Lee to 60 months in federal prison.
According to the Associated Pressprosecutors alleged that Lee admitted to forcing women to perform sex acts while they were handcuffed or under arrest. He believes Lee continues to be dedicated to his treatment while serving out his sentence.
Records also indicate that Lee let the driver go once he determined she was not intoxicated, but he kept the passenger with him. Lee later sent several Facebook messages to the woman, including one that said he saw her at a local fair and described what she wore there.
The records also include a statement from another woman who performed a sexual act on Lee at his urging. He has more authority.
